How to Pour an ICF Project

We revisit the Hilltop Project as the finishing stacking and bracing their ICF basement, complete a pre-pour checklist, and ass concrete to their ICF walls.

What is the sq footage of this home? Is that an 8" fill for concrete? Thank you

I was under the impression than pours should exceed 12ft if so until the material sets as the pressure on the bottom of the wall would be to great on say a 20ft high or more wall.

Maybe I’m commenting on something different, I m currently clearing land where they’re building one of these. I ve never seen one up close so I went to take a look. I believe they pour around the form to the level Of 4 feet, cause there’s very minimal support for the forming . That is actually the reason I’m looking at these videos cause the contractor kinda looks like he doesn’t know what hes doing. It’s my cousins house and I’m trying to save her from a mess if it’s not done correctly 😂 I notice all the videos have horizontal rebar layed every few courses with a vertical tie in every so many feet…when I looked down in her “ form”(foam) hahaha I notice there was one on the top course laying there tied to nothing , so after seeing lack of support then one rebar I started to KZbin investigate 😂
