Hey Bondo I have to apologize because I’ve been watching some of your videos but I hadn’t subscribed..,but I got that taken care of. I try to leave a message on all the concrete channels I’m subscribed to because I know how important it is. I’ve learned a lot about how y’all require a certain mix up north, we don’t use any air here in Texas. I’m like you, if I don’t have any lines or ridges after I use the funny trowel, we’re not getting out there on our knees, I’m just gonna let it set up a lot tighter, and I’m stamping. But I guess we all do it differently to get the same result, pleasing the customer. Well really enjoyed the video. Can’t wait till the next one, like to see y’all tackle that project. Thanks again Joe

You do an outstanding job of explaining methods and of timing the pour and the ingredients in and on top of the cement at various times. The little details most wouldn't even think about make the job pop. I've learned a lot since tuning into your videos.

9 cubic feet of cement + 3 cubic foot of micra-free sand + 9 cubic feet of fine aggregate mica-free gravel + 2 cubic feet of double-twisted steel fibers (the 2 wires are 1-25th of a millimeter of diameter each and are double-twisted at an angle of 33 to 33.33 degrees of an angle and are 33 twistings long) with a weight of 280 to 290 pounds per cubic foot which totals to 560 to 580 pounds of steel fibers. The result is called hybrid steel rebar-steel fiber reinforcement. The steel rebars and ties or hoops or loops will provide steel reinforcement continuity while the steel fibers will SIMULTANEOUSLY provide both steel reinforcement interlocking dispersion throughout the concrete mass and additiional steel reinforcement continuity and to increase the concrete adhesion strenght around the steel rebars and ties and hoops or loops or angle bars and flat bars. Water is a mixture of 13 cubic feet of hot boiling water with 1 cubic foot of rice powder added and allowed to be mixed and dissolved completely and allowed to cool to a warm temperature equal to a warm cup of coffee and add 1 cubic foot of slaked lime to be mixed and dissolved completely. Upon dissolving the mixture is added to the 23 cubic feet mixture of cement-sand-gravel-steel fibers. And additional water is added if needed be to create a highly semi-plastic and semi-liquid mixture. But we can add plasticizers and retarders as additional admixture so as not to over-saturate the cement. The result is a self-flowable, self-placing, self levelling concrete mixture. During the early days of the Cold War we use angle bars and flat bars already prefabricated and precision engineeered measured, cut, drilled, and held together with very high strenght bolts and nuts and washers to make it easier to construct and build the steel reinforcement in it's correct pattern. Every standard specifications are all above the required and very strict specifications by 4 to 5 times higher than what is needed. The purpose is faster and much more precise of placement and assembly of all of the steel reinforcement components. Using 3 dimensional reinforcement with the angle bars alone and combined with the steel-fiber reinforcement mixture, we were able to achieve a high level of degree of protection from both high explosive bombardment and from simulated nuclear blast.

Sir, that's artistry if you could do mossy oak camo or advantage camo you could make more $ just doing hunting cabins, lol. Sir, you said this is 4k strength how strong can you make it or is their a point of diminishing returns? Like at so much strength it's too expensive or pointless. Sorry maybe that's a dumb question I have only done a little concrete putting up fences and helping friends. I've done electric work for 30 years, some carpentry and plumbing. Plumbing was mostly by necessity, you know a pipe burst or something. But I spent a summer down here in NEPA watching a construction crew put new pavements throughout our small town about 8 blocks both sides of the street. But great video and beautiful work. Your work is very professional.
