I was taught to trowel the exposed first then wash then roll it with a roller then trowel then wash then trowel again then final wash it pushes the stone down . Great video again keep it up.

Shit yeah.that sounds like your making yourself a lot of work bro.screed it, bullfloat, mag all your edges and anywhere that needs sealing up don't steel trowel it unless you want a sand finish wait till your bleed water stops coming out or evaporates hit it with your Surface retarder when its safe enough to walk on use low flow water and broom wash off or leave it till next morning hit it with a pressure washer jobs done one wash.

I tried wearing shorts to one of my jobsites once. Thought the superintendent was gonna put a claw hammer through my dome. Long pants, steel toes, hi-viz, hard lids... we finally got the okay to wear short sleeved t-shirts. In Arizona. In the summer.

You should try 105 degress in the shade the gang including myself are all wearning hard hats , ear plugs , goggles full length tops , full length bottoms, gloves and wellies and the Bechtel project managers tell me that seeing as i'm controlling the pump placing the concrete i also have to wear a full set of "waterproofs incase i get get splased and get concrete burns , i can still see the look on his face when i told him to "F**K OFF

Do y’all do yards of concrete for the volume measurement or is there another way you say how much concrete you used? Like here in the states most concrete trucks can hold 8-10 yards of concrete. What do y’all say? Keep up the great work!

Hey ninja, I have a question for you mate.. When your doing exspoed concrete do you give it a once over with the bull-float or do you hit it a few times before you frezno it?
@concreteninja5 жыл бұрын
chippy dawg We hit it a few times I finish at like we are normally finishing concrete like a broom finish but instead of putting the broom you put the sugar on wait a couple hours and wash it off
