I just built this great structure. Now I'd like to take it to the next level. I would like to place a duplicate ring oriented 90-degrees offset. The rings would intersect at the top and bottom. If you use metal walls for that scaffold ring they have a better pattern on them for centering, then after you can always SWAP parts to use the ones you prefer.

Do you think you can flip the wall fireplace part. I built the Breeze Home from Skyrim put was completely stumped by the living room fire pit. Just could not figure out how to reproduce the coals and it struck me while watching you set up you power tower - what if I could flip the fire place onto its back?

I don't know if they changed anything in the game, but I tried the method in the video and couldn't get the generators to 'stick' (kept saying invalid placement). Then I found another way, if you select a generator, then press Q to center your placement (wire) and then press V first (free placement) before pressing Q and LM together it also works. Perhaps for others who are struggling using your method you could try this.

I did not know the solar panels would work covered over, kind of unrealistic. With the Electro generator O usually stack them on top of each other right over the center of the hot spot, works good for C-Class power. Yours is better looking but that is a lot of E-generators.

I'm on Xbox and I've noticed that trying to pull a trigger and push a button at the exact same time is really hard. Shame you can't change the button layout. For now I've just given up on it. Which means I get to come up with something on my own that doesn't suck lmao.

But i cant connect these with my base it self. I dont understand what im i missing ? How do you connect the batteries with the base itself ?

You don't have to connect it to your base at all. Only a few base parts require electrical connections, like for instance the teleporter. If you built a teleporter and you want to power it, simply go into the build menu, select the wire and make a connection from your batteries to the teleporter. That's it. Hope that helps.

No, not all lights require wiring. Only the ones like White, Blue, Red, Pink etc. Besides that, you can hide the wires by using the Electrical Cloaking Unit. That way ,you won't see wires at all. They only show up while you're in build mode.

It's basically the Same as on PC. You nee to Pause the Video when it shows the build menu. The Menu for PS4/5, XBOX and PC is the same(The only difference being labeled differently). You just need to compare what is shown in the video to what you see on your xbox.

Get a green state on the part, hit the Y button for Wire mode, put the wire light on the spot you want to build then hit Y and right trigger at the same time, works best when done fast, super easy. I use an XBOX controller on PC so the exact same as I do.
