Fist Under Elbow
In the Lam Short form Fist under elbow is at the end of a few transitional movements; parry, Sau, a block then Fist Under Elbow.
It's not easy to demonstrate these applications as you will see.
Not only because in doing them, you have to do them properly to some extent yet so too well, trying to use as much control as possible so as not to hurt those you are demonstrating on.
Repeated takes to get all the subtleties on camera leads to many a bruise at the very least.
