Thank you for your efforts in making the video for us; but the issue is those who have problems in their knees and lumber area (like me) cannot stand up and sit on the chair in every rakah; plus the position in Rukuh is also harmful for those who have issues in lumber area; so as my physician suggested I start in the standing position and after Takbir, reciting Fatiha and any other sura I sit on the chair and do Rukuh in the sitting position and then do all other rakahs from the sitting position; because the condition of my knee will only worsen by standing and sitting up so many times. I will appreciate if you give your opinion on my practice. Thanks again.
