Bruh. Ryan doong a marathon in under 4 hours with no training is insane. Its probably because I'm a smoker and have a short stride and in my 30s but hitting under ten minutes for one mile is a real struggle for me. That man kept up that pace for 4 god damn hours.

I'm right there with you. The wild thing is that he's ALSO in his 30s. He's probably got a pretty long stride. I'll say in my experience, that first run after taking some time off is usually further and faster than subsequent runs.
