I keep hearing that primer is needed more so for clients with oily skin

Primers are going to be different with different companies. My primer is water based and puts moisture back into the natural lash and then my cleanser is alcohol based for clients natural lashes with a more active sebum gland. Some primers are MY cleanser. If that makes sense it’s important to have that product knowledge!
