I just went through a tough owner who did not want to spend $$$ on staging and ye the property was visited but no bites. Eventually, staging, landscape was done on the listing and it got two offers! Great job guys---love the outcome!!

Good work! Those utilities line though... you can hide them a bit but they are still there, the buyer will quickly find out🤔 are they so expensive to put underground in LA?

They can be very expensive to burry power lines in the Hollywood Hills!
