No the registration fees can't be refunded. You can just skip the exams but you'll have to attempt next year. Remember you won't be promoted without giving exams.

You have to submit assignments in Feb/March 2021. Your exams will probably be held in June 2021. Yes you can start preparing if you want, it will be great if you go through all the chapters one by one and a month before exams you can prepare last years' question papers.

Assignment questions will be uploaded on IGNOU's website by January, you have to print them out then write your assignments (You can go through the video on How to prepare for assignments on our channel). 2. Your study material would be delivered to you, meanwhile you can also download IGNOU E-Books App where you can easily find your study material. I'm glad our videos are helpful 😄

Assignments' submission deadline is 31st December , which is now quite impossible to do and without submission you can't appear for the exams.. so next year when the assignments are updated on the website by Feb/Mar, submit then and appear in JUNE TEE 2022

In IGNOU exams for Masters programs, the number of answer sheets provided may vary depending on the exam and the number of questions asked. However, usually, students are provided with a total of 28 pages, which include 26 pages for answers and 2 pages for rough work.
