hi mom i really like your recipe i remember ndio i am able to have the big pieces i used to cook kitunguu first, then my tomatoes alafu ikifika part ya eggs i would stir a little bit then i steam ndio ikue nono kiasi. Halafu when i do this i put my tomatoes and onions together and i don't let them over cook. Great tip on not mixing the eggs. I add dhania last. When you don't mix the eggs ina nikumbusha shukshuka.
