hi Robyn, I wrote them down for my own use general can you introduce yourself? what important choices have you made in your life and why? what experiences on your CV are relevant to this position? how would you describe yourself? motivation why did you apply for this position? why do you want to work at this company? why do you want to work in this branch/industry? where do you see yourself in 5 years? competences why are you suited to this position? what are your qualities? What are areas you wish to develop? what role do you normally take in a team? what real life examples illustrate that you have the competencies for this position? why should we hire you instead of other candidates? how do you handle criticism/stressful situations/conflict with colleagues? (STAR example) if I would call your former superior, which qualities and development areas would he or she mention? questions I can ask how does a typical work day look like for this position? why do you like to work in this company/for this department/in this team? what are the next steps in the application procedure? when does it entail to be succesful in this position? What qualities are important? What will I be judged on in this position? what is a recent development in the field at this moment? What role would I play in the development if I would get the job?

The Interview (1973) When I entered the waiting room for an interview for a post, there had been loud talk and laughter that quickly turned into dead silence. I hope you're trolling man, because this pretty much summed up how my interview went (if anything, I'd say I went in there a little over-prepared; legit got hired the exact same day because of it, despite there being limited positions available and an entire line). Maybe this only works if you're in high-school though and nothing top-notch like an interview for a position at NASA?
