depends.. if want to purse intensive care EDIC is good but if want to continue with anaesthesia then EDAIC is better it seems.

Sir great info in the video . Hv my idpccm fellowship exit exam in Jan 2025. Wanted to know if pediatric critical care post fellowship docs can also apply for edic? Its a 1 yr fellowship..but you mentioned 24 months experience is needed. So got confused. Kindly clearify . Highly interested in EDIC ..thanks

• EDIC Part I entry criteria are: 1) Fully-registered Medical Doctor (i.e. internship completed), 2) Entry into or completion of a national training programme in a primary specialty and 3) Entry into a national training programme in Intensive Care Medicine or satisfactory completion of 18 months’ training in Intensive Care Medicine. @@klebsiella90 yup, absolutely. I myself did based on that . But earlier it was 2 years course , now it’s FCCCM and AFIC … so u need to clear both (1-1 year each) . This will equal to 24 months
