I personally lacked vocabulary and idioms, so I watched Keith's videos to pick up the language. I'd say you should find out your weakness in speaking and focus on it. I mean are you weak at pronunciation, or grammar or ideas or are you simply shy to speak?!?!!! When it comes to source I'd suggest you watching Keith's KZbin videos and udemy courses as well. He's covered lots of things
