Alright, quick criticism, when showing which ships you suggest consider putting their names beside them as most new players (which this video seems to be aimed at) will have no idea who the ship is based on picture/sprite alone, ive been playing since en released and i cant tell who many of them are except the big ssr.

Like how it is on GFL, -and WoWs,- You grind throughout normal games to level up and collect shipfus needed to get to the Event. And when the event comes, you look at your phone 12 hours straight till all of your fuel, credits -and shipfu loveness- gone to get what you want. Literally Every Event Mission In A Nutshell.

Don't use fletchers beside early early 3-4 when you don't have the time to skill up. Skill up 2 zombie fleet(Phoenix/Cassin/Downes/Yorktown), one 2LB and 0LB. You can mix and match them with the combination of those 4 to change the oil cost to barely clear any escort fleets on the map. 0LB max skill cass/downes are basically drones, you throw them in any team to lower ambush cost, serve as extra turret and they are hard to kill with +10 repair box for ONE oil.

Fletcher is only good for the torpedo daily. But , yeah I made the mistake of leveling a fletcher fleet early game and it just sits in my dock now getting no use at all. By the time I got the fletcher fleet to level 70 I had a better fleet already. The fleet I use now is around 20 oil but I don't farm enough to need that much oil so I'm completely fine.

Some skills like 5-6 on Fletcher is fine, you need to get them to 70s for MLB for the Beaver's badge. Any more investment would be a waste. Unless they get retrofit to have some sort extreme firepower boost to clear faster or sustain later on.

Thanks, I've been playing since 4 days after EN release ( Cause of space problems) and tbh because of my other gachas, I only logged in to AL for short periods and didn't know jack shit that I could get like 3 cubes a day from simply actually playing, so I could have had more cubes than I did when the first limited construction was up. I was lucky enough to get Atago, but I didn't even finish the first event, and currently snailing through VdiR. Hopefully I'll get a better grasp as the for future events.

As play who started out two weeks ago and still can't do hard mode maps, info's kind of confusing. There's a whole bunch of recommended ships, but which ones do I use fo autobattling/manual, and what fleet compositions do I use? (Like carriers are great according to your video, but do I use 3? I don't think so)

you always auto in this game, manual is only for extreme difficult map or you wanna tackle a high lvl map with underleveled ship.

Honkai3C I feel as though those two fleets are interchangeable in their roles, though right now my CLs are much higher lvl than my HMS stuff hence the listed roles. Guess ill get more ships to choose from by the time I get to these late worlds though. Thanks for your feedback!

Something I noticed: You said that Arizona could be used 'when you need healing but don't wanna pay to use Unicorn', but they do very different things. One heals the back, the other the front. Is this a mistake or I'm missing something? Now a question: Got South Dakota yesterday. Love her to bits. Can I get away with using her as a solo backline? Like, for boss killing purposes?

arizona and unicorn both heal frontline. Using solo backline against boss really depends on what boss you fight. Most bosses pass lv80 requires 2 or more backline girls to kill.

Bloody A had I known you were doing AL guides during my days as a Honkai Impact 3 player I would have been better prepared. It appears the AL event (Crimson Echoes) literally caught me off guard. I'll likely not get Amagi and chalk it as a hard lesson learned. Hopefully by the next event I'll have some ships at Lv100, mostly +6 and some gold tier equips to make it a less painful experience.

Thats mean give your DD an SG radar to up chance evade the ambush flet

ambush chance is determined via your fleet's total evasion stats, DD have significantly higher evasion compare to other ship class so they reduces your ambush chance by a lot

Dont worry about it, the oil drains really fast on later chapters, it takes 400+ oils per run on first clearing chapter 12. So efficiency becomes a big deal.
