Anna, apne sadhna preparation me Ardhsidhasana me 1 to 1.5/2 hours tk sitting krne ka bola h... sadhna krne se alg time h kya ye ya sadhna me hi ye time b cover ho jayega

Dekho isko aise mat dekho ki muje ghanta poore karne hain It's just that aap 1.5-2 ghante tak lagataar baith paa rahe ho, ab uske liye prepare to baith kar hi hoge

Sir can I practice shoonya more than 15-20 mins? I've completed inner engeenering 7 months ago and was thinking to go for shoonya. I'm doing a process of closing my eyes and just witnessing my thoughts and I'm doing it form 2 years. I can do it for 45 mins-1 hr Can I do it specially after completing my shoonya slot? .... Like two different practices
