@oliveboard There is confusion for phase 1. Some channels are saying that fetching 30% is enough to clear phase 1 exam. Some are saying different. Please clarify.

Yes I think she is confused there. Because SEBI's advertisement clearly says that For Phase-1 paper1 cutoff is 30% and paper2 cutoff is 40% and aggregate 40%. Then you will be called for Phase-2. mam is saying something different here

So what would be the expected cut off of phase 1 maam i am confused please clarify one thing As per official notification cut off is 30% for phase 1 but after analyzing previous year result i saw there was a cut off for phase 1 is 120/200 for UR so that is mean we have to score above 120 to be in the edge for phase 2

No not like that. It is given very clearly in the notification that you need to score a minimum of 30 marks in paper 1 and 40 marks in paper 2 with combined marks above 80 (out of 200). So, all the candidates who score above 80 will be admitted to write phase 2 of the examination. Cut off wont be based on vacancies multiplier mode. Just score above 80 / 200 (keep in mind about the min 30 (p1) 40 (p2)), you will be IN

@@sathyamoorthyk6715 sorry thats not how it is.. sectional 30 and 40 each and overal 80 score will make u eligible to qualify for phase 2 but its not et all confirmed...there will be certain number that sebi will have some fixed ratio/number of candidates to shortlist to next level.so u have to be amongst the better among those who have score that 30,40 and overall 80 cutoff..

Yes, in phase 2 cut off will be based on vacancy multiplier mode (for interview 3 times the number of vacancies) you cannot predict the phase 2 cut off now, as it totally depends upon difficulty of paper
