Very nice and useful tutorial, thank you! I have a question for you: what do you think about the image optimization that whitewall offers during the configuration process? Is it necessary? What does it do?

Hello, thank you for this tutorial, I'm just getting started with Whitewall and photo processing. I work with Affinity Photo and succesfully installed the ICC profile i need for softproofing. I'm wondering if the screen calibrating is different than using the ICC profiles.

You're welcome. Yes, you will need to calibrate your screen

OMG!! thank you for this. i found out how to create a border in the video. quick one, if you want to send the file as .tiff is that too big for email attachment? Do we not need to convert to SRGB only as printer can only create limited colors? thanks heaps for the video.

Hi, I'm glad it helped! Tiff is usually way to big to send for an email a jpeg is much better as its compressed and smaller. This is what White Wall say about SRGB on their website: Your file can be in both RGB and CMYK. CMYK data is converted to RGB in the production process. If no color profile is attached, we assume that your data is in the sRGB profile. For grayscale files, we use GrayGamma2.2 as a basis. This is the link: service.whitewall.com/hc/en-us/articles/213271389-2-What-color-space-should-I-use- Remember you can always give them a call, they have brilliant customer service and support. I hope that helps and good luck!
