मै एक शारीरिक शिक्षण अध्यापिका हूँ।हमे ध्वजसंहिता मे सिखाया था की ध्वज मे फूल पंकुडिया ना रखी जाय।क्युंकी ऐसा करने से ध्वजारोहण करनेवालोपर पुष्पवृष्टी होती है। ध्वज से बडा कोई नही ।इसलिए सन्मानपूर्वक ध्वज को पुष्प अर्पण करे ना की ध्वजद्वारा अतिथीपर पुष्प बरसाये।

Yes. It is green...this is the National flag taken from khadi bhandar.. Slight variation in color might be visible due to low quality of camera.
