Hi Tsehay love this recipe ! Can’t wait to try it ! Would it enhance the taste if we season the meat and let it marinate before cooking? Like with the cracked black pepper , maybe some dry thyme and rosemary too? As well as adding fresh rosemary when cooking for the fresh aroma to bring out flavour ... what do u think 💭
