@Mohd Shuaib if you Need to take offset from super elevation slope as you mentioned above you need to multiply slope to 2.1m then it will give you slope offset. For Example if you have super elevation slope 7% then your offset will be 7x2.1= 14.7m or if your slope is -2.5% then -2.5x2.1= -5.25 will be your offset i hope you understand if not understand write in comment more details about your question so I will reply on that.
