How to prepare the FOAMING AGENT from TECHCELL Powder toTECHCELL Liquid

TECHCELL Powder is a concentrated foaming agent in powder, designed to reduce shipment cost, because the weight is 1/10 less of the TECHCELL Liquid.
With 1 kg of powder and 10 lt of water, are obtained 10 lt of foaming agent TECHCELL Liquid, used for the production of CELLULAR LIGHT CONCRETE (CLC).
Advantages:

Handling and storage:
Handle following the normal industrial hygiene and the normal security procedure.
Stock conditions: Maintain the container close when is not used.
To conserve in a dry and well windy place, without humidity.
Shelf life of the powder: 18 months. (if stored as described above)
Shelf life after dissolved: 6 months
Safety:
TECHCELL powder is not dangerous. The safety data sheet is available upon request.

Hello. To make CLC blocks are needed: water, cement, sand, fly ash if is avilable, and foam. The foam is produced by the Foam Generator. All these materials are mixed together from a Specific Mixer.
