My favourite cooking show . Whenever this cooking show comes on Africa Magic igbo, My Dad will chase my siblings and I inside. We don't miss her cooking shows. We love the fact that she doesn't add too much processed seasoning like this generation does. You can use baking soda. Akanwu is not something you eat everyday so I don't see the health implication if taken just once in a while. Unless you want to be eating ugba everyday
