How to prepare worker termination bill - Final Settlement

Section 26 allows an employer to terminate the employment of a worker for convenience. Under this Section, an employment of a permanent worker can be terminated an employer by giving him a notice in writing of 120 days if he is monthly rated worker and 60 days in case of other worker.

আমার প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে 30k টাকা বেসিক হলে 16 hours OT বের করার যে নিয়মটা দেখালেন, Basic/208*2*16 বাট আমরা OT বের করি Basic-1850/1.5/104 বাট এভাবে বের করলে হিসাব ঠিক মিলছে না- বিষয়টা বুঝিয়ে দিলে ভালো হয়। আর absent days এর টাকা কর্তন ওটা তো ৩১ এ মাস ছিলো- সেটা কি বেসিক রে 30 দিয়ে ভাগ দিবো নাকি ৩১ দিয়ে?
