Goethe C1 Niveau bedeutet eine Person die bereits imstande ist, sich mit anderen fließend auf deutsch zu komuniezieren. Im Durschnitt sind eben die meisten Deutschen auf diesem Niveau. Um C1 Prüfung zu bestehen, reicht es nur 60% der richtigen Antworten.
