Get a cheap PC and get a VPN that's fast (ExpressVPN and NordVPN are very fast), that way you can share your VPN through your Ethernet port to your console and be protected from all booters and ddos attacks.

All VPNs give you DDOS protection because Booters aren't pulling your home IP address when you are connected properly. Booters pull the VPN's IP which has DDOS protection or else the VPN providers whole service would shut down for the location you are connected to.
