Bran mash once weekly as we did in the olden days of my youth 😏represents a sudden change in diet. This is a perfect set up for causing colic. Bran mash was supposed to be magical at preventing all sorts of evil. In reality the most important thing it did was increase water intake! This can be accomplished many other, way better ways.
