At 6:57 you mention the speeds in kilometres per hour but the infographics at 7:16 mentions the speed for the same in miles per hour which might not sound a difference of much but as you rightly said, "sabai square ko khel ho." But the example you gave with 60 and 65 was not exactly about damage but yes it's about KE and their breaking. 5km extra will make the vehicle KE higher so breaking will be longer and further which may lead to collision. yes, Relative Velocity should be considered. Opposite lane bata same speed ma aako thokkida approximately 4 x energy release huncha, compared to stationary. Ajha angle ma aayesi ta jhan tensor ko kura huncha, i.e. collision and rotation.

I believe use of high beam and low beam light is one of the major causes of road accidents in Nepal. Divider navako road ma hakda ta uta baata k aaudai cha, ani aagadi ko manche road cross garna lageko cha kei tahahudaina.
