Sheesh man… now that I’m watching this I feel I may have overbid my first commercial job. It was about 2 windows each in each pane. 5 stories I counted it individual windows. Price increasing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. so I’m curious to get my quote back.

I would charge less than normal prices on smaller structures, you are saving money on fuel and saving time on convenience.

They want 4 times a year so I went low im thinking 4 hours. second story has stairs and balcony all the way around its a business plaza ..and added a 100$ first time clean so right at 679 for the day me and one helper ..any advice would be greatly appreciated ...6 months in business

Scott Donathan and did you say 386 windows or panes of glass? A window is typically two panes of glass or one big commercial Square, $3 a window is typically a low bid for water fed pole work if you have to climb up on a ladder then I wouldn't go under $6 per window,

But if you're kind of new to window cleaning your main payment will be experience definitely not Capital at this price, but if you were going to sit home for the next two days or six hours anyway might as well bring in a check, at least you will have some money to spend back into the business
