Rick! always good to see you! I live in a mid-cost city and cleaners are charging in the 40-60 cent/sqft range for commercial. In my experience the pricing is easy, the hardest part of this business is getting the business! It's hard to get in front of your potential customers to even pitch them a sale, and the cost of marketing is expensive and has poor rates of return. Have a good memorial day, love you ES!

I agree, getting in front of the prospect can be a challenge. This video might be able to help you with that. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaWXg6d8fZlloKc

I’m looking to offer occasional / 1 time cleanings to real estate agents in my neighborhood. I’m wanting to do it with a CRB and using the Adsorb Ultra and Encap Punch as a pre-spray. Would this approach command the same pricing structure as using a different machine and product setup?

Yes, the pricing for that should be comparable to other cleaning methods.

Rick I have a Hydroforce Versa Pro 175 floor machine do you sell a wheel kit for those machines
@EncapTV Жыл бұрын
No, there's no wheel kit for a 175 rotary machine. It's not possible to install large wheels on a "swing" machine.

I regularly get .30 per sqft and convert highly on commercial estimates...ive been called both too high priced and a bargain...not all companies get multiple estimates, so charge what makes sense for you and reaches your hourly goal

That's a good rate for commercial work. Rates in different areas can be higher and lower. So it's good that you've landed on a number that makes sense for your company and your area. It's also helpful if we can be flexible with the pricing based on the actual account (i.e. frequency of service, accessibility, soil load, etc). Keep up the good work.
