Can you talk about what to do with returns and what to do if it comes back damaged? Also, i was told their are new fees that they charge when shipping products to them that are very costly and eats into profit.

When I get damaged returns I sell them on Ebay. They implemented new inbound shipping fees. But the way around it is by sending larger shipments out.

You can buy from the distributors from my experience without the brands approval even though it getting their approval is ideal.

Im trying to get ungated for a few products for FBA that I found through RA and OA, and it keeps asking me to send 5 transparency labels. I dont see them on the product itself and it isnt giving me any other option to ungate it... Any recommendations? Or what even is this transparency restriction??

It varies by the listings. If a product is selling 1k times a month 20 sellers is fine. But if a listing is selling 100 times a month 20 sellers is a lot. So i depends. If that makes sense.

You don't need it when starting out. When you start to scale the business I highly recommend to open an LLC so you can start building business credit.
