Okay the part i needed to see you didn't show. I tried that. I have the 7720 and I used user define and all it did was send my paper thru and come right back out without printing anything so i know I am doing something wrong, but don't know what

After saving both design in photoshop as a jpeg. I opened a new document in photoshop 12.95x31 and dragged both design and print.
