This is the clearest and most helpful video I've ever seen on any subject. I spent hours trying to find a way to reduce the space between the lines on an address label. Your hint about Shift/Enter solved the problem. If Microsoft would fix their design flaw, a workaround wouldn't be necessary.

Having commented on your Word tutorial, suffice to say that this too was a very easy to follow and clearly explained video tutorial, the flow of the explanation is at such a relaxed pace, and even though I do like to view tutorials twice, there really is no need with the way in which this whole method of address label preparation and printing is illustrated, the delivery as I said previously is first class, thank you so much for your well presented tutorial.

Dave I really appreciate your help videos and as a rather slow to understand 85 year old I actually understood all explanations. I have a list of about 150 addresses so I thought it might be easier to open a different page of 21 addresses. Now I realise it might be better to have one page of 150 rather than 7+ pages of 21. The only complaint I have is that after selecting the labels you had label lines or grid lines on the page. I didn't have this. It took 30 minutes of googling and opening other help files to find out that you have to turn on "show grid lines" in another place in Word. Very frustrating. I understand that you can't think of everything, and that's fine. Other than this one problem, your video was very helpful and showed me how to complete my project. Thanks

Very clear presentation. I have tried to follow your tutorial but I am having a problem with Microsoft Office 2019 on my 2019 iMac. I have prepared my data in Excel in a similar manner to yours and copied it to my desktop. In Microsoft Word I have opened Select recipients>Use an existing list and the get a notification box saying” This file needs to be opened by the Excel Workbook text converter, which may pose a security risk ......” I also note that the Start Mail merge tab does not include the Mail merge wizard. Maybe something is switched off. Would be grateful for any assistance.
