This was an awesome video. What tips do you have for the “R” portion of the SBAR when communicating with the physician about a patient situation? As a new grad I feel a little nervous about making recommendations to Dr.. what if I don’t know the best thing to do at the time?

Remember, working with doctors is collaborative; together, you'll develop the best plan for your patient. As a new nurse, don't hesitate to use reliable medical sources like Medscape and UpToDate to guide your recommendations.
