Hi Ryan, Biro here from Jexo. Thanks a lot for the feedback. Given Value vs Effort can be used at any level of your organisation and pretty much by any team that doesn’t need to many factors involved in priorities, the Goal can represent anything relevant to the team that does the prioritisation. In a dev team that would be the sprint goal in a leadership team that chooses to use value vs effort in prioritising higher level work. Does it contribute to our goals question should refer to your closest goals. Because a healthy org would have a structure to goals. The higher level org goals need to be translated and broken down into lower level team goals. The focus when prioritising is always on team goals because trying to interpret and consider higher level goals when prioritising lower level work would mean to vague of a value attributed. Let me know if any of that makes sense
