One thing that I would like to add about Stock plugins vs fancy plugins The stock plugins in your DAW are great by default and they get the work done and you can get great results with it! but I would highly recommend checking out some free plugins and using them as well especially EQs and compressors and saturators Because most DAWs don't even include proper analog modelled EQs and Compressors with them and saturators arent always the best. So please consider using them with your stock plugins.
