it is indeed in front of a museum in Berlin, however I am guessing that just as people absentmindedly and out of fashion put Ukrainian colors and flags all over their profiles and wherever they can, in "support" of Ukraine and thinking they will magically end the war somehow by doing so, the public institutions in Berlin opted for the same kind of support, especially since this was filmed much closer to the beginning of the war , while the film was still in production
