When I did million dollar homes and I mean built the homes in charge or massive renovation and the paint needed to be done in a day because time is money when selling i had guys id pay 10,000 to do the entire house... seems like alot but I swear if it didn't get finished that fast it wouldn't have been on the market or look the way it did when it sold.. painters can make big money and to get in done in a single day is worth paying. Plus he does free touch ups and re paint after a year. They also caulk everything after I do the finish trim myself.
