its just faster to do it his way. also you are locking in the bottom edge and shrinking all in one step.

@@ibs547 if you bottom load you will see that you end up with almost no fingers. There is a reason bottom loading is proven to be faster and cleaner than two step

Just take hardware from behind the handle i think its a 10 mm with a Phillips head too. Pull back and take the sweep out

Truebrouce no but it’s a waste of time and I been tinting for 11 years and I never pulled a panel and still get the same quality. It’s just risky and I rather not do it

Truebrouce also using the heat gun on the inside of the car is taking a a risk of burning panels . I’m not knocking his was I just don’t think it’s best way to do it. Just my opinion
