I love this video. I have found that I play way to many different contests and while my results vary, it never fails that by the end of the season I either break even or lose money. My loss is minimal but a loss still the same. Prize Picks has allowed me some buffer as I tend to do a bit better there than in standard DFS contests. I love that the DFS Army helps to educate people on playing and understanding the fundamental aspects of how to improve your odds of a better ROI week to week and by the end of the season. I'm going to certainly give the smaller 100 person contests a shot this year. Thanks again to the DFS Army for their continuing efforts to educate all DFS players.

Winning is hard if you're a casual player. I've managed to break even or make a very small profit every year in the last 8 years, except my first year - and last year. The level of competition is going up. Fewer new players enter the rooms now. Less fish around than 8 years ago. Plus there are many more types of games and people tend to specialize. I suspect AI is being used in many different ways. On Fanduel, a good way to win is to find a room that isn't filled. But guess what, it often fills in the last 5 minutes. I stick to double/triple ups. Tournaments are for sharks. H2H on Fanduel also looks like shark infested waters. My conclusion? Play for fun and bid small amounts. Check player news right up to 1 pm on Sunday. Above all, make sure you have the cheap RB of the week replacing the usual starter declared inactive at 12:30.

Would you recommend using just one lineup for the H2H, Doubleups and small GPP? And then different more risky lineups for the lotto ticket contests ?

Everything $5 and up is loaded with sharks in the h2h rooms.
