please give me the link to drivers . i already try the above mention driver its showing the name but still its showing the yellow symbol.

I am not sure from where you bought serial to usb converter but if your cable support PL2303 Prolific Drivers then please simply search on google and you'll get link otherwise ask support or supplier from where you have bought it. If still you're facing problem then provide me more details about your cable
