How to Program Your Rain Dial

I just installed a new lawn. How can I water the new lawn 3x's/day and the other zones just 1x/day?

You can put the lawn on program A and setup 3 start times. The other zones can go on program B or C and only use one of the three available start times.

All of my station run times are set to the same area (station 1) of my yard. How can I set stations to different valves around my yard?

Your Rain Dial could have up to 12 stations, depending on your irrigation system. Your irrigation system will determine which areas are watered at one time. The Rain Dial will water each station for the duration selected for that area. You can check and change the runtime for each area by moving the Function switch to Set Programs, then moving the center dial to each of the stations. While a station is selected, the number in minutes will show on the display, you can change this time using the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons until you reach your desired run time. Once you have gone through all your stations you can move the center dial back to Current Time and move the Function Switch back to the right (Run). Can I set the unit to water at night? Ideally, want to start at 8 PM but can't get the clock to go beyond 6 PM - ?????

The Rain Dial controller will allow you to set to water at any time you want. If it does not please reset your unit and try again.
