bhai I agree ki freebies is not good unless it can stimulate the economy or provide welfare for lower strata, No you and I don't need free water, electricity but that's why there's a free slab, it is not a bad idea if everybody has the basic requirements met, is it bad when there are worse things like other political parties giving away scooty (luxury) not cycles (which is good). BJP also does mass marketing. AAP is no different, it is just marginally better for now.
