In this video, Rob talks about how to promote and market your clothing brand using Instagram and TikTok in 2021. Digital marketing is the BEST way to promote your clothing brand when you are starting a clothing brand (and you don't have to use Facebook Ads). These social media marketing tips come from my experience growing my clothing brand over the past 5 years. Implement this marketing strategy when you start a clothing brand to quickly build a following, test your markets, and build a base of customers. The number 1 reason for lack of sales is always brand identity / brand voice. The foundation of the brand doesn’t evoke an emotional connection with the consumer. Unfortunately most inexperienced “entrepreneurs” refuse to believe that cause it’s a hit to their ego. Once they learn to put that aside and adapt for the demographic things begin to flow. Great vid! I believe developing customer relationships are super important for startup brands. This is something that I have been doing on Instagram and TikTok. I would comment on Instagram posts and TikTok posts and even start conversations with people on TikTok in direct messages

good info for startups. Many valid and useful tips to consider while doing business from the beginning. But what I want to find out is if you sell online and you have customers who are 50 Km or more away from you, how do you despatch their orders on time and what are the easier modes to deliver the products, by keeping the cost of delivery low and developing smooth flow chain from A-B.

Very needed! I think you touched on something very important. I launched recently and doing both methods, Direct contact through social media and FB ads, and definitely getting much better results through direct contact at this point. Through my own experience thus far and your videos, I'm starting to realize that the groundwork needs to be done first to adjust and twitch the nobs of the brand, and then use FB ads to grow the fire! One question though: at what point do you think it is good to start FB ads? 100 sales? 1000 sales?

Are you saying that the direct hard sale approach won't work? I think if you have the right brand it doesn't matter what you say to them. Whether you know them or not. They will go to your website and find out for themselves what your company is all about and buy if they like what they see. You can build a million dollar clothing brand in 2 years if you do things right. What i dont like is this print on demand. Ill never use it. It works for you and thats cool but its just not for me. I have my eye on a bigger market.
