Thank you for your English lesson. I visited this lovely KZbin video for the first time now. I usually look up the pronunciation through dictionary but your lesson gives me clear understanding.

Hello Roy....nice and useful video indeed especially for a lover of the British accent lile me!😊👍 These words are part of my way of speaking yet but, I have a question if I can ask...well two actually. The first one is about "can't", I'm not always sure how it is pronounced when we talk in a flow or fast...shall I have to keep that sound /a:/ always long? The second one is about the similarity with that rude word, the sounds /æ/ /a:/ and /^/ are rather similar, right? How can I be sure to do those sound clear, even in flow/fast speech, please?😕 Thank you very much! 🙏😊 Oh by the way, that chair is fantastic and must be confortable as well!👍

That's a brilliant idea for a lesson! Thanks! I'll make it soon!

I wish I could hear you saying it coz to me they both sound exactly the same. Can’t or c*nt are homophones to me 😣 therefore I usually say cannot. Being a primary teacher makes me careful about what I say…
