Hello Emma. I've been watching your videos for a few months but never actually commented. I just wanna let you know that your content has helped me to improve my pronunciation tremendously. I scored band 7.5 for IELTS a year ago, which many people in my country considered a great achievement and praised me for it (I know it's not that big of a deal haha). However, I never actually felt confident or proud of that because my speaking was still filled with mistakes and a very strong Asian accent. But this summer, I discovered your channel and now I'm much more comfortable using English when talking instead of just writing as it used to be. Thank you so much and please keep up the great work!

Firstly, I'm so happy I can help you! Thank you for sharing this :) Secondly, don't ever worry about your accent. Instead, focus on the pronunciation and just speaking clearly. Literally everyone who opens their mouth has an accent, so there's absolutely no need to feel ashamed of it. Lastly, a 7.5 in IELTS is amazing and surprisingly quite tricky to get for some people! It's quite an achievement. Well done!! :)

I found your channel recently & I have been watching your videos ever since. I recommended it to all my friends. The content and your way of teaching are excellent, your appearance is natural and friendly (I hate it when youtubers overdress and act like celebrities), you cover many aspects of English focusing mainly on pronunciation which we need the most. Thank you 🌷 Greetings from Egypt 👋

Thanks as always for this fruitful video. By the way I do not know if the verb "focus" is considered as an irregular verb or not. Sometimes the past tense and the past participle are "focussed" while other times are "focused" the same story goes to the third-person singular present tense and gerund form. (focuses vs. focusses & focussing vs foucusing).

The problem that I find learning English with you, is that I need to watch your videos at least 3 times. The first and second to time my focus of attention is totally on how astonishingly beautiful and charming you are. And it is only on the third time that I actually pay attention to the English lesson itself, haha 😊.
