Now I know how to propogate them....Your so right about 'proper' water....Our city water actually damages our faucets....so you can imagine what my lovely plants go through when I water with the hose... : ( .I LOVE gardening.......Have two huge Avacoda trees : ) ( in Florida so I'm always planting....also love Elephant plants : )

I did this last year. Leaves survived and all roots, stems died by rot...bc of the wax...Do Not Cover entire stem at the bottom with wax..just around the hole.. Thank you for video.
