Great job! Any hairdresser will tell you always start at the bottom in small width sections-like you did- to get the tangles out, then work your way up in small increments- like you did- all the way to the root.

Is it just me or is this man just satisfying to watch brushing her hair.. I cringed when I see ppl snatch threw the hair like it don’t hurt and then say ah it don’t hurt them yet they can feel a fly land on them so yeah they can feel it!! Don’t be a jerk be like this man and love you animals enough and care for them like this
@destinyscroggs20994 жыл бұрын
I agree! Or kicking them really hard while riding but saying it doesn’t hurt them. Makes me sick. So many people believe horses are less sensitive than people because they’re such a big animal. When in actuality they have thinner skin than we do and are way more sensitive to pain. I wish more people knew ab this.

Nutrition is definately a huge part! And the maintained took me 3 months of combing and bagging 24/7 on my gelding tail, it was so gross and thin and straggling and now it's not super long (yet) but it's thickened up and it looks way better, mainly from maintenance. I keep it in a bag and plaited

This is also how I brush my hair. Thought it was common knowledge to start at the ends? 😂

I section my Canadian's horse in 1" sections and finger detangle with the help of coconut oil (nothing with non water soluble silicones in it) and then use a comb. When I catch a snarl I put the comb down and finger detangle then go through the section again. It is VERY time consuming but at the end of it all the horse has lost hardly any hair nor had any broken!

I just started using BioMane on two of my Horses. There were several Colts in the pasture next to ours and they were bitting my horses tails! On my Mare, her tail was to the Tail Bone! I was very upset. My sons girlfriend told me about BioMane, I am hoping that this is going to be a success story!

Beautiful baby, my question is "does she get to be a horse in a pasture with that beautiful hair?" My horses never see a stall unless REALLY bad weather, I do their hair every other day & omg the knots.. I honestly think they tie knots into each other's main! 😁

What detangler did you use? The detangler you sell is a gel/lotion and not a liquid so you can’t spray it, right?

What is in the detangler? I've been following your way to maintain manes, and actually seeing a big difference in my sweet itch PRE
@bubblywaters31163 жыл бұрын
Do they like to be combed and brushed? I'm taking care of a friend's horses while she's in ICU. She's been sick long before ICU and the horses gave suffered grooming. Manes are pretty much dreadlocks at this point and I don't know what to do. Help please.
@SUMMMER11842 жыл бұрын
If they are to the point of locs, they need to be cut. Not much you can do at that point unless you want to spend hours detangling. Sounds like your friend isn't a very good horse owner.

How to get that brush you use?
@abitofbay29734 жыл бұрын
Would a dandy/hard brush work??? What I do it go through with that from the end up while also using my fingers. And then use a normal human brush and there are absolutely NO tangles at the point I just use it so it’s more straight and easy for me to braid
@SephirothWaifu3 жыл бұрын
Lol wow, its actually how I comb my natural hair vs. Straight. Same with finger entangling! That's textured hair for certain. Start from the ends : D Makes sense for my hair and horses! Easy for me to take in and sensible

what if your horse has thick, coarse, wavy/curly hair?

@destinyscroggs20994 жыл бұрын
Maybe the horse isn’t on the feed and everything, or maybe they just got it and just started. Maybe for some reason they had to cut his/her mane. So many things could have happened rather than the product didn’t work. We don’t know so don’t be so quick to judge
@TaiMizuki4 жыл бұрын
The brush looks like a common hair brush for women, which I do recommend using personally, but I honestly don't feel this brush is anything special and if anything using these techniques with a standard hair brush would probably work just as well! My advice is get a standard curved hair brush, similar to Biomane's and use a similar technique and you're good to go. Thanks Biomane for your help and advice, not trying to put you out of business but your brush isn't something special or new to me.
@samanthamoseley94505 жыл бұрын
Brush it like you brush your own hair if it’s that long!! Start at ends and take it easy you wouldn’t rip out a humans hair !!! That’s what I keep in mind
@kipper70594 жыл бұрын
Any woman or man who has long hair knows that you start at the bottom and go up. And I've had a brush do that exact same thing his brush did. It's not because his brush is any better than a walmart brush.
@sambur64805 жыл бұрын
Um, sorry but you can’t get results like that without great genetic. Yes, maintenance will help a lot, good nutrition will help a lot, but genetics are the true key 🔑.
@sketchalater46562 жыл бұрын
Lol, why buy this $12.00 brush when you can just stop by Walmart and get the same exact thing for $5.00? It's literally a bristle brush, and it's not that special. A dandy brush would be another good substitute
