How to Properly Clean Print Head

Hi everyone! Today I'm gonna show you how to clean and fix problems concerning your print head.
REMEMBER: CLEANING TAKES SEVERAL MINUTES. Just wait for the machine to finish cleaning and prints the Quality Print Sheet.
To maintain good print quality, the machine automatically cleans the print head when needed.
If there is a print quality problem, start the
cleaning process manually.
Clean the print head if there is a horizontal line or a blank space in the text or graphics on printed pages.
Depending on the problem colour, select to clean Black only or all four colours at once.
REMINDERS:
Cleaning the print head consumes ink.
Cleaning too often uses ink unnecessarily.

Thanks for this video. However, when I performed the last step which is to check the dotted colored lines, the printer dis not print anything (only blank sheet of paper). May I know how to fix this? thanks

First, make sure you have enough ink then repeat the process 2 to 3 times.

after the ink mark blinking then pressing the mono, the printer is making noise like printing. Is it normal? I press the power button because i was nervous then it printed the sample, but it only print the colored one, the black is still missing, although i press the mono which should be black and white right?

Does printing black and colored requires time? Mine was 2-3 minutes approximately before printing.
