Also pro-tip for making sure your wire nuts are tight without using lineman’s or killing your fingers after doing dozens, a standard size tan wire nut will fit in the 5/16 nut driver on your 11-in-1, and the red B2’s will fit in 3/8 nut driver. Just be careful not to overtighten, I’ve accidentally poked wires through the tip of the wire nut, which is a short or a shock waiting to happen. It’s definitely helped me make some splices in tough to reach spots.

The needle nose pliers on the wires insulation is definitely a sin brother. (Maybe) if your forced to work live and the wires were so far back thats the only option but I can tell its not hot since your toching the non insulated parts of tools

Using lineman's at all is not necessary for twisting or not

NEC 110-3b Read and follow manufacturers instructions. Wirenuts have instructions furnished.

Excellent, I was just going to make the same comment, but quote the CEC regarding manufacturer’s instructions

This guy' can't be a professional. Every electrician Ive ever worked with just drops all their trash on the ground and leaves it😂

Wrong tools, you also must not work live often. Better ways to grip the back end of the wire on the insulation. The bit for the wire nut isn't expensive. Probably waste enough labor to pay for it just doing a small number of these.
